Accessing the Website

When this website is accessed, technically required log data are automatically recorded by the hosting provider and/or web server in server log files. These data are processed for the purpose of providing the website, ensuring stability and security, preventing misuse, and troubleshooting.

This website is hosted by Host Europe on servers located in Europe. Under the standard web hosting setup, access log files are retained for 14 days and error log files for 7 days.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide for the purpose of handling your request.

The contact form on this website collects the fields name, email address, subject and message. Enquiries are sent to info@quaddro.ag.

This processing is carried out for the purpose of communicating with you, handling your request and, where applicable, initiating or maintaining a business relationship.

Where necessary to process your specific enquiry, your request may be forwarded within the group to the relevant group company. In individual cases, this may also include forwarding to Hong Kong or China, for example if this is required to handle the enquiry or for translation purposes. Any such forwarding takes place only within the group and only to the extent necessary.

Applications / Applicant Privacy Notice

This website only contains a link to an external Personio job portal. Personio is not embedded into this website.

If you follow the link to the external job portal and submit an application there, your applicant data will be processed as part of that external application process in accordance with the privacy information provided there and by the controllers identified there.

Irrespective of this, applications or application-related enquiries may also be sent to Quaddro AG by email or via the general contact form. In such case, we process in particular master data and contact details, application documents such as CV, certificates, records and cover letters, information on availability, salary expectations and qualifications, correspondence relating to the application process, and internal notes and assessments to the extent legally permissible.

Applicant data are processed for the purpose of conducting the application procedure, assessing your suitability, communicating with you and, where applicable, filling positions within the group.

Access to applicant data may be granted to Quaddro AG, responsible HR staff and, depending on the position, relevant group companies. Disclosure to group companies in Germany or Hong Kong may take place where necessary for the application procedure. Applicant data are currently not transferred to China as part of the ordinary recruitment process.

If an application does not lead to employment, applicant data will only be retained for as long as necessary for the application procedure, to protect legitimate interests and to comply with statutory retention and evidentiary obligations. Longer retention will only take place where there is a separate basis for doing so, for example your consent.
